This is an excellent general text which is superbly written, very well structured, and reader friendly.
It is entirely suitable for essential reading in the Strategic HR Interventions module on the MSc HRM programme.
I have also recommended it colleagues in the University of Lincoln and expect it to be included in the distance learning recommended reading materials for their BSc Management of Change Module.
I would recommend this text to anyone teaching modules requiring students to become interested in change management and indeed to managers contemplating a change management programme.
It is good book for Organizational Behavior cources. I recommend it both my undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Interesting references and very well researched.
Due to the very nature of the subject it is refreshing to see a book that is right up to date with with contemporary ideas and examples.
Very useful for students for wider reading.
This is an excellent book. It is well researched, theoretically sound and very relevant for informing the practice of managing and sustaining change in organizations. The theoretical issues are dealt with carefully and this book does add important points of analysis to the existing literature on organizational change. And it is also very much appealing for those who are looking for how to translate theory into practice. It should be a must in any course on organizational change.
Good, clear concise information, nicely presented.
Excellent text, clearly structured and sequenced, with pertinent content
