This book offers a superb clarity to both the practice of coaching and the underpinning theory that defines this emergent profession. However, for me the chapters on Reflecting,Becoming Critical and Integrating Experience were so powerful and persuasive in both their theorical focus and - thinking and planning and their impact on actual experience.
