This is an essential part of the reading list for any leadership modules. Aubrey creates a step by step process of what it takes to develop effective leadership skills. The layout enables students to dip in and out to support their own professional development and academic writing skills. I am a particular fan of how she includes the reflection-in-action chapter which is an excellent support for foundation degree students.
