SAGE partners with the Association for Patient Experience to publish the Journal of Patient Experience
Los Angeles, CA- SAGE is pleased to announce that it has begun publishing the Journal of Patient Experience (JPE) in partnership with the Association for Patient Experience. Disseminating practical findings and innovations to advance the patient experience, the “gold” open access journal is a resource for industry leaders, caregivers, patients and family members. Fully sponsored by the Association for Patient Experience (AfPE), articles published in the Journal of Patient Experience will not require article processing charges (APCs).
“We are thrilled to be publishing with SAGE, which has a fantastic reputation and is closely aligned with our publishing goals,” commented Editor-in-Chief Dr. Adrienne Boissy. “We believe that our partnership will secure a strong venue for the important work of our patients and clinicians represented by the journal. Founded in 2010, AfPE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the healthcare experience by identifying the factors that contribute to positive patient experiences, developing solutions to known issues and driving innovative changes in healthcare delivery.
