Rajesh Chandwani is a faculty member in the Human Resource Management area at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He is the Chairperson of the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD). He is a Fellow of IIM Bangalore. After completing his MD (Pediatrics) he has served as a Pediatrician in public health institutions. He has wide ranging interest in the human resource management and technology issues and challenges in the Indian healthcare sector.

Dr Bharat Gadhavi is the Regional Director of HCG group of Hospitals, Gujarat & Rajasthan regions that comprises six hospitals. He is a Masters in General Surgery and has worked as a consultant general surgeon.With more than 19 years of hospital administration experience, Dr Bharat is also experienced in commissioning green field hospitals in Gujarat. He also has vast experience in hospital management and has been instrumental in innovating healthcare management processes.
Jang Bahadur Singh is a faculty member in the Information Systems and Analytics Area, IIM Tiruchirappalli. He holds a doctorate from IIM Bangalore and M. Tech from IIT Kharagpur. His current research focuses on understanding information technology-related societal issues in India (such as digital divide and digital literacy) using large scale publicly available datasets. His interest also encompasses application of machine learning techniques for business-decision making.
Mayank Kumar is a faculty member at IIT Jodhpur. He obtained his PhD from IIM Trichy. During his PhD, he carried out an interdisciplinary study on the interface of Information Systems (IS), Healthcare, and Sociology. His ongoing research projects focus on issues related to the interaction of Information Technology (IT) with the broader social structure across contexts from diverse methodological and theoretical approaches.
Rohit Kumar is a faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi. He has a PhD in the area of Strategic Management from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi and MBA in Healthcare Management from Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), Jaipur. He has completed an Executive Education Program in Participant Centered Learning from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
Smeeta Mishra is a faculty member at the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. Previously, she worked at IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad and Bowling Green State University, Ohio, amongst others. She publishes in the areas of online communication, media representations and gender studies. Her recent book “Digital Cultures” (Routledge Focus, 2021) explores contemporary digital practices including selfie-taking and self-tracking, digital manifestations of romance and infidelity, and social media campaigns. She holds a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin and an MA from Syracuse University, New York.
